TripInn Eden Antwerp

Came for 2 days, stayed the whole week. Centrally located, just short walk from Antwerp's central station. Rooms are a bit outdated but still cozy. During the cold winter it could be a bit cold in rooms due to not so good heat isolation, but I stayed here in pretty warm spring and no problem. Everything is clean, staff nice and helpful. A place to stay again when I am back in Antwerp. ❤️

Room was dirty full of dust and unknown stains. You would rather take another hotel even if there are $10 more. The only positive thing was the mattress which was comfortable only to spend a night

Walking distance to central train station, shopping and many of the main sights

For 95 euro a night I do not expect much: but I do expect clean sheets and a clean room. And, rest assured, this we got: beds were clean and rooms as well. However there are a few things that, I think, should be fixed. First: the electronics - such as airco - is outdated. Our airco was broken, which was no problem since there is a window. What was more annoying is that it continued to hum, even though it did work. In order to shut the thing off, a remote was required as it could not be operated manually. However, the remote was not available in our room. The friendly employee really did all he could to help us, and he got it to shut down eventually. So a very big thank you to him for hospitality and service. Secondly, in general I think this hotel needs a renovation: some new paint, carpeting and walloutlets. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but certainly not bad either So all in all: service 4 , accommodations 3 (breakfast included in this score), room 2

Convenient location with very helpful and friendly staff

Walls are paper thin, safe wasn't even bolted to the wall, bathroom was mouldy and overall the hotel could do with updating.

The staff has a very rude attitude bed had human hair on pillow, they gave us a new room and there was hair again on the bed, when asked for a new room or a refund all we got was attitude we ended up staying in a different hotel
