TripInn Eden Antwerp

Central for our stay in Antwerp, Sportpaleis, shopping, eating and drinking. We had a great time.

Excellent location close to train station and town centre. Room was not cleaned properly: floor had debris and dust and a drink spilled on the wall. Rubbish bins were not emptied the second day of our stay. Recently renovated bathroom at least and comfortable bed.

Walked into a room with a musty smell, debris on the floor and a big stain of a spilled drink on the wall. We were in a rush because of an appointment, so we opened the little window and on the way out asked reception to look into it. Returned hours later to find that the drink stain had gone, but the floor was still not hoovered. I had to wipe down the little table and chair provided, as they were covered in sticky fingerprints. The morning after our arrival the person who cleaned our room didn’t empty the bins, and they were full. They didn’t even shake the pillows! At least they cleaned the bathroom. The phone in our room wasn’t working and no plastic cups or glasses were provided. The location of this hotel is very good though!

Back street hotel which offers easy access to Antwerp Centraal Station, right turn and right again, it's other plus points are comfortable beds and a walk-in shower so you do not have to worry about the mess the water will make of the bathroom floor!

Amazing place, quiet and near Centrum. Felt comfort with friendly staff!

We enjoyed our stay. I had to request extra pillows. Otherwise we were happy with everything.

The location of this hotel is hard to beat. Very close to the train station, but also to shopping on the Meir, the Old Town, and lots of restaurants and cafes. We were at first a little concerned by how thin the bed looked, but can happily confirm that looks are deceiving. While the mattress is thin, it is still quite soft and easy to sleep on. The pillows are a bit thin and lumpy though. Breakfast is available as well as parking, but both for an extra charge. We didn't utilize either.

We chose this hotel mainly for its location, which is so convenient for the train station. Literally a 10 minute walk from the station to the hotel. The room was quite basic, but clean and comfortable. A fridge and kettle would be nice additions. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t say anything about that. The hotel is not only convenient to the train station, but just off the main shopping street and only 10 to 15 minutes from the Grote Markt. Close to many restaurants. For the cost, this hotel is a very good deal.
