We got to the hotel past midnight, we had called and informed the hotel that we will be arriving after midnight and hotel said it was fine, regardless of the fact that on the information page it says checkin closes at midnight. Once we checked in, we saw that it was a basic room, a double bed, desk and open cupboard. Please note there is no safe, kettle or fridge in the room. The bathroom was nice however, our bathroom had not been cleaned, the toilet had stains in it and towels were all over the floor. Once complained we got moved to another room. Bit of an Inconvenience, however the night manager at the time was very helpful. Location of this hotel is great Amsterdam central station is a 5 minute walk and is a 5 min walk from the shopping strip. If you are taking a car, the hotel charges €20 per night for parking, however, there is a multi storey car park near that charges €18.50. Coffee and Tea is free from the hotel in the breakfast room, however bottled water and drinks cost €2.50!! Which is steep compared to a water bottle you can get in a super market for less than half that price! Other than that, it’s a basic hotel with good location and staff is really nice.

The receptionist was not very helpful when we checked in. The house keeper cleans only the bathroom without doing the beds. The Hotel position is comfortable but the hotel is 2 stars

Nice hotel on a quiet street very close to the train station. Room was pretty basic but clean and comfortable. A fridge and kettle would be nice additions.

Nice hotel, good location, pretty close to area attractions.

This was a pleasant hotel just a few strides away from the centre. The rooms are basic, but clean. The showers are good and clean too. The surrounding area is quiet. The only disappointment to this stay was the very unpleasant receptionist on the day of my stay on 22nd February. He was very unhelpful, whilst all the other staff was very helpful. Would stay here again for the right price.

The hotel is not very beautiful but it is cheap with a very good location (close to the center). + : Price, location, friendly staff - : Bad smell in the room, 2 blankets for 1 couple bed not good at all

There were no cups in the room and the bathroom light was very dim. The tv was nice to have and the bed was comfortable.

1. Staff -great👌👍, very helpful and nice people! 2. Location - perfect! It's in walking distance from central station (about 400 meters) and main sights/shopping area (about 700-800 meters), 3. Room - it was big, normal, clean. Minus of the room was that there wasn't facilities for coffee/tee.

Friendly staff, easy to find and convenient location. Parking garage is real tight though
