Very close to the train station, reasonably quiet at night considering the central location

Clean rooms in the Diamond Quarter and close to Antwerp Central. just used the room as somwhere to sleep and wash, did the job very well.Staff friendly and efficient.

We were in town for a concert and chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and close to the train station. The bedding and bathroom was clean but the floor and the walls were disgusting. The lampshades were old and yellow and one was burned by the light. The headboards were yucky blue fabric. The breakfast was very good and was included in the room price. The neighbourhood felt a bit seedy, but it was close to the station as we wanted.

For the price, this hotel is outstanding! We traveled by public transportation, so it being so close to Central Station was great. Along with doable walks to a majority of the must see places of Antwerp. The coffee, tea, or hot chocolate available in the evenings was so nice after a day of touring, and the complimentary breakfast surpassed our expectations, it was really good with many options of both warm and cold foods. The bed was really comfortable. The room was quite. My only complaints at all, which really aren’t complaints for the price of the hotel, was the floor was wood, and looked like it hadn’t been mopped before our stay. And, the hallways were a little drab.

It was OK. Not fancy, simple & basic. There was some evidence of possible mold on the bathroom ceiling. Ran out of kleenex & toilet paper on last day but had some of our own. Breakfast for 10 euros was not bad. All self serve but it was fresh.

Walls were dirty. The bed frames were also stained with either coffee or blood. The air conditioning was not working. Staff could not fix it and said “pray it works”. We had to open the windows the whole night and could not sleep right because of the noise. The next morning we advised the staff about the AC and was not acknowledged. Would not stay in this hotel.

Location was great. We were allowed to have an early check-in. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel a short walk from the train station as well as the city centre, rooms basic, no drawers just a small wardrobe with a very high hanging rail! no coffee / tea making facilities in the room but you are able to help yourself from the dining area, comfy bed with two single quilts not a double.had a couple of English channels on TV, bathroom had a hairdryer & there is also aircon. breakfast @ 10 Euros was reasonable as not a cheap place to eat. in the Diamond area so lots of jewellery shops around, must have a look in the train station, it is a lovely building, zoo is also walking distance if you fancy a break from the shops.also has a storage area if you have a late flight. overall not bad.
