TripInn Eden Antwerp

It was a comfortable place to stay, nothing fancy, but affordable and comfortable.

Nice comfortable hotel, great location, close to Antwerp Centraal station and local amenities, but still very quiet. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. I would have rated this hotel more had it not been for a rude receptionist ( a guy), everybody else was lovely and helpful.

Great location in the diamond district close To the station when we arrived the staff where smoking and put her cigarette out straight away and followed us in so great start for service which carried on over are stay

Very comfortable bed, clean room. Very close to train station and easy to walk (20 min) or taxi to the old town area and see the sights. Worked great for my short stay!

Everything is average but the cafeteria for free coffee and tea was very nice and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Unfriendly staff who ignore your presence and are quite frankly rude and unaccommodating. In particular, the guy on the front desk most days. They do the bare minimum. The cleaning staff were much better and would smile and greet at least. Room had some 2m long, ugly advertisement about the bed you are sleeping on that looked like there was a layer of bugs squashed in there. The bed was so so. Pillows like a sack of potatoes. Room worn down in general. Only accessible plug sockets were 2 by the desk so can't charge anything on the night stand. Location is central but there are lots of hotels on the same street, closer to the station, so I would stay there next time. Stayed here almost a week and nothing good to say mostly due to awful service.

5 mins walk from Antwerp central. Rooms are starting to look a bit tired, but are comfortable and spacious enough. 24 hour reception useful. WiFi was quick & easy to use Great value for what we paid
