TripInn Eden Antwerp

Bare bones, not even a picture on the wall. Adevertised with free parking but upon arrival we were asked €20 overnight parking. Had to park on the street and wake up before 9am to start paying €3/hr street parkIng.

I read some reviews, and couldn't imagine anyone being rude enough to destroy a hotel experience, until it happened to me. There were 3 desk people in my 2 night stay. The first 2 provided outstanding service, and I thank them both for that. The 3rd man however, was completely obnoxious- to the point of causing me anxiety whenever I saw him at the desk. I witnessed him bark demands at other guests too. They were simply enjoying some coffee, as I was. He came into the lounge aggressively repeating that we are all to "Make sure our cups are put on the tray, because the cleaning people are gone, and he is not a cleaning person." Simply obnoxious. I was given 1 extra hour after check out when I arrived, and was very grateful. As soon as I exited the elevator, he began screaming at me, and demanding to know what took me so long, because they were booked up for the day. Thankfully, I kept the wifi card with my check out time on it, and handed it to him. Rather than apologize, he demanded to know who wrote that! It's a shame really. The location is excellent, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. But at the end of the day, I just prefer my service with a smile. I should not be prepared to battle depending on who's working. So unless this problem is promptly fixed, I do not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other places to stay in Antwerp. Just pick a place that will be nice you.

This was OK for one night but it definitely needs a makeover. There was no security for baggage left in a cubbyhole space if you arrived before the room was ready.

Found a dirty sock on the shelf behind the bin. Walls could be painted. It was an average stay all in all, the room was quite dark, because of the small window and only one small light in the whole room. Bathroom was very nice. Located close to the train station and close to a lot of restaurants.

good for a couple of days, excellent location. Rooms are small and bare, bed not so comfortable.

Very good staf & very good reception desk. Home comfortable. Eden,allen & mona very frendly and helps,&of course andrey too.

This does not deserve 3 stars The heater is broken and make a lot of noice and the mattress is just horrible better sleep in the floor

Warmly welcomed on arrival. Nice and airy feel to decor and lighting was effective. Room was lovely, very peaceful and the bed was so comfy. Bathroom was spot on with having a walk in shower - plenty of hot water and always lovely fresh and soft towels. Breakfast room was well set out and there was a proper toaster :) Hotel was very well situated for everything you need and plenty to see and do within walking distance.

Small room with nice and big bed. Odd layout, but ok. Looks like bathrooms were remodeled recently. What was not ok was a 25 euro charge if requesting a late checkout.

It was An ok stay. Very basic room, and not as clean as I would like. Not enough towels and bo vanity pack or shampoo and conditioner, just An all in one soap hanging in the shower, An extra towel and pillows would have been Nice. Great staff though, helpful and friendly!
