Hotel Indigo - Stratford Upon Avon by IHG

We had pre-paid for our breakfast and weren’t disappointed. There was plenty of choice, presented well, the service was a combination of waitress and self service, which worked well. The food ordered was delivered quickly and was tasty and well cooked.

Our room was fantastic, bar staff great,

Having to explain at check in and check out that the room was paid for. I found that embarrassing and very disappointing. That should be better. Breakfast was very poor, waiting for a table, waiting to order, food delivered was at best average and certainly not value for money. Should be better

Brilliantly located, friendly staff

Perfect room, comfy bed, excellent breakfast

Lovely staff, delicious breakfast and food in general and fantastic accessible facilities and rooms.

I'd have loved a slightly earlier check-in than 3pm as I had been travelling all morning, but it's a standard check in for most hotels!
