Beach was dirty

All foods and drinks were great, perfectly situated on the shoreline.

More variety for the alcoholic drinks.

What an amazing time my husband and I have had here. I honestly cannot fault the hotel at all. We paid for a 3 star hotel to use as a base for getting out and about, and were not expecting too much.... we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel grounds are maintained well and the Tortoises are gorgeous - we enjoyed feeding them Hibiscus on a daily basis! Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and we had fresh towels, bedding, water on a daily basis. Now the food...... the food at the buffet restaurant is better than most 5 star hotels that we've been to - yes really. It is fresh, made with love and everyday was different local cuisine. We ate out and about quite a lot but actually preferred the hotel food! We couldn't understand how some people had complained about the food but can only expect they are people that expect burger, chips etc like at home! The staff are all beautiful friendly people that go out of their way to help. If I was to provide some crititique (at a struggle!) it would be that the hotel is a little tired looking in some parts but that is reflected in the price - if you want 5 star boujee luxury then pay triple the price for Sandals! The beach is also gorgeous and transport so easy, we walked 2 mins to the road and jumped on ZR buses most days. The hotel is a perfect location for quiet but also to get put ti the hustle and bustle if you want that. We are already looking to come back again and will really miss this special place. Thank you so much to all of the staff, we have had a wonderful time and WILL be back for sure!

Room facilities were terrible - Sink leaked for 3 days after reporting to reception daily. The toilet leaked for 2 days. The balcony door was left open several times after been cleaned by housekeeping. Coffee cups were not washed during housekeeping. Several light bulbs in the room didn't work. Food was limited in choice. No face cloths were provided. Had to ask for hand towels almost daily. Awful experience. Wet floors around reception and lift area. No slippery sign notice. Reception staff are not aware of guest, they hide behind their computers playing games.

Due to circumstances I ended up on my own in Barbados. However from start to finish the hotel staff and entertainment team made me feel welcome. The hotel itself is a little dated but is very clean. Staff clean the pool area and rooms every day. Plenty of space around the pool and on the beach for sun bathing and chilling. However I assume it changed depending on the amount of people. The food is good for buffet style. A good variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Free flowing drinks with some great cocktails made by the bar staff. They were all lovely especially Shaun. Have to give a massive shout out to the entertainment staff. Desiree for keeping us entertained with quiz’s, bingo and a little tour during the day and always happy to give advice on the local area. DJ Ron for the entertainment during the day and evenings. Always happy to play what ever tunes you want with a smile and has a great voice for singing himself (hides it until Karaoke nights). All the evening entertainment was great however sometime a little on the older side. St Lawrence’s gap is near by and if you wanted to party later then a quick taxi down the for a good night. There is a shuttle bus on a Friday to Oistins market. Great food and entertainment. I loved it. Very busy and entertainment on stage etc

Its all inclusive but the drink offerings are very limited. I mean limited like 10 different drinks. The buffet resembles a standard hotel offering. Selections vary but some of the items have very bland taste. One would think for the islands would be more flavorful. Some of the staff didnt really seem to care to be working. Checkin time is very strict. You cannot just grab a bite whenever you want. As there is mealnoffering times for breakfast lunch dinner and a brief afternoon snack service. If you are hungry outside of that you have to fend for yourself and either have something delivered or walk about 30 minutes to get something. The room furnishings are outdated. No microwave in the room. Thebonly good thing in our room was the 55" flat screen but had limited channels. The wifi was extremely poor reception unless you were in the lobby or outside bar. I had better wifi on the beach then the room. Not that wifi was a need but the option was not the best. Thankfully we only had a few nights we were staying. This is definitely at best a short stay resort if you can even call it that. To be honest it felt like a glorified Motel 6

I like the views from my room at the facility because I got a room that was close to the top floor. The food tasted good and there was a decent variety. The facility was clean overall and the facility is located on the Beach. There was a lot of wind blowing which felt refreshing. It was very quiet during the night.

Outside of the facility there was not much to see or do. The meal times were a bit strict and options were a bit limited. There was no air condition in the lobby or dining areas on the ground floor. The other available dining area was only available on certain days and reservations were required.

Just came back from Barbados Beach club and was very disappointed, Rooms very tired and need a good coat of paint , we were put in room overlooking part of a car park empty building, did ask to be moved but did nothing about it , no WiFi in rooms hit and miss down in reception, excuse is they are changing suppliers , food just ok didn’t find some of staff very friendly ,evening entertainment was good , had lots of sea weed on the beaches down that end of island, also went to hire car out but was told I couldn’t as I was passed 70 years old and you have to have a medical certificate from your Dr,lucky my friend was younger so she drove but it hurt to say the least that your to old ,

For being an all inclusive hotel it was very comfortable. Only complaint I have is the man working at the towel stand was rude and often times did not have towels and got irritated when asked for a fresh set. Rest of the staff was nice and accommodating.
