Sehr schöne Hotel-Anlage, Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Snacks und Essen an der Bar sind ansprechend, viele Parkmöglichkeiten, Frühstücksbuffet ist ok, aber nichts Besonderes

Das Zimmer war m.E. nicht ganz sauber, so hatte es diverse Flecken an den Wänden (Klagen auf hohem Niveau), leider nur ein Lift vorhanden (soweit mir bekannt), was zu Verzögerungen führen kann, etwas mehr Auswahl am Frühstücks-Buffet wäre schön gewesen

Tout, cadre magnifique, superbe piscine, personnel très attentionné, très bon restaurant. La chambre initialement prévue n'a pas pu nous être donnée en raison d'un problème de douche. Déçues par la chambre de remplacement, moins belle, nous avons demandé à échanger, ce qui a été fait. Le seul bémol était que le store laissait filtrer le jour.

Wirklich toller, grosser und beheizter Aussenpool, schöne Bar, geräumiges Zimmer mit grossem Bad und starker Klimaanlage.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, besonders den alten, fleckigen Teppichboden (inkl. totem Insekt neben dem Bett) besser mit Flip Flops betreten.

the view from the breakfast, the massage lady was lovely.

The breakfast staff were unkind and hurried, clearly eager to pack up and start setting up for lunch. The bedroom was filthy; the phone was broken, forcing a trip downstairs to speak with anyone. Since the restaurant is the only real option nearby, it should be a much better experience. The "spa" closed early, making it inaccessible on the day of arrival. The bathroom was moldy, dated, and featured a broken mirror, with appliances like the hair dryer feeling completely antiquated. I asked for a late check out, it was not granted, and instead of apologising for all the issues I had had, it was just "well, its unfortunate u feel taht. come back soon"
