Grand Hotel Tremezzo

This hotel is incredible! If you are considering it don’t delay it will not disappoint. Also the garden view rooms are stunning so if you can’t stretch to the lake view it’s not a problem. There are views of the lake from all the beautiful restaurants and bar (and the sauna if you go there). Every little detail is thought of even to the little Bon Voyage tags on your suitcases when they are loaded into your car. We did the 2 hour boat ride from the hotel. It was exhilarating, views of Como from the lake are beautiful. Massages at the spa were incredible. Memories of the lobster pasta and a glass of crisp white wine at the “beach” restaurant will live with me for a long time. Honestly one the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

My recent stay at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo was unfortunately disappointing, particularly due to the experience I had with the front office. While the hotel itself is undeniably beautiful and the location on Lake Como is stunning, the level of service did not consistently meet five-star expectations. Most concerning was my interaction with the front office manager, Marcella. I found her approach to be dismissive and unaccommodating when I raised a reasonable concern during my stay. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue or show understanding, the response I received felt indifferent and lacking the professionalism one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. This left a negative impression and detracted significantly from what could have otherwise been a memorable visit. For a property known for luxury and hospitality, I believe there is a clear need for improvement in guest relations at the management level. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works toward delivering a more consistent and guest-focused experience in the future.

The beauty and service of this hotel is unsurpassed. The setting amenities and staff are 6 star. Food is excellent spa perfect

I don’t have enough words to describe my fourth stay at the Grand! This time, I chose Easter instead of my usual Middle East escape. The weather has been absolutely perfect, and the level of hospitality keeps getting better every time. They’ve just opened for the season, but they already know exactly how to spoil their guests. I’m already planning my next stay in 2027! Grazi mille!
