"Great hotel but rude staff"

The hotel itself is amazing. They have thought of every detail and our stay was very comfortable. The amenities at the hotel were also great. We visited the pool often and ate breakfast every morning which was nice. I gave it a 3/5 because of the service. We had dinner at L’Escale the first night. The food was okay (not great for the price point) and the service was absolutely terrible. Our waiter actively ignored our table and served guests around us, was rude on multiple occasions and then had the nerve to mention gratuity multiple times at the end. We also had an extremely rude waitstaff at T Bar. For the price point, you would expect better service but it was hit or miss throughout the resort. Some were friendly (front desk) and some were very rude. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and wouldn’t again.

Ein Traditionshaus mit Stil und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitenden. Ein echtes Grand Hotel. Trotz der relativ stark befahrbaren Straße zwischen Hotel und dem schicken Beachclub, ein Highlight.

Das T-Restaurant am Pool zum Abendessen, schlechte Qualität und überteuert.

"Another Amazing Stay"

We have stayed at GHT several times, and each visit has been truly exceptional. From the incredible views and stunning property to the consistently outstanding service, every detail makes this hotel unforgettable. A very special thank you to Vincenzo at TBar and Carolina at the front desk who always male us feel so welcome and comfortable. They are truly exceptional. Additionally, very special thanks to Samu at L’Escale, and Gabriel and Cilbia at Terrazza for their warm hospitality and attentive service. They all helped make our stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway, treat yourself to this little piece of paradise — you won’t be disappointed.

"Nice hotel but not fully living up to the Hype"

Wonderful location with fantastic lake views. The staff were great and accommodating.

The cost was excessive for the experience. It is a very nice hotel but the prices demand exceptional and I did not feel it was exceptional.
