Hotel La Cupula

La posizione, il camino all interno dell abitazione, c era tutto l occorrente per farsi da mangiare , la splendida vista sul lago e i sumpatici gatti della struttura

Breakfast was good. Not much different from what is found in most similar hotels. If anything, there was less variety offered. Example- no yogurt. But what they had was enough and of high quality.

Bathroom is small, but still everything worked well - the water was hot, hair dryer worked fine..

O hotel é uma graça. Bem perto do cantor e do lago Titicaca, com uma vista incrível. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e tem uma opção de restaurante para almoço e janta. Jantamos no hotel e a comida é maravilhosa e com o preço muito acessível. O ponto alto foram os dois filhotes de alpaca. Nunca vou esquecer disso.

Spacious room with a lovely view, easy walk to everywhere. Heater took the edge off the cold. Shower was hot but pressure a little variable. Well equipped with small water each day, kettle, tea and coffee supplies. Staff were super helpful and accomodating. On-site restaurant and breakfast were good. Gardens, benches and hammocks are lovely when the sun is shining.

Mouldy smell in our room needs attention.

The multilingual staff was superb, attentive to our needs, and consistently exceeded our expectations. They had a solution for everything, from providing a portable heater to keep us warm to locating gas for our car to being unfailingly friendly and welcoming.

Rooms were spacy and comfortable despite the cold weather we were given wood for a indoor fire as soon as we asked. Even remade the fire each night. Staff were helpful and easy to deal with, had our meals and drinks added to our bill. Meals were great and they help with little things like booking taxi's that didn't try and take advantage! The view is worth the cost of staying on its own!

Super hôtel très bien placé avec un superbe jardin avec vue sur le lac Titicaca Hotel au calme, le restaurant est très bon également Les propriétaires en plus parlent couramment Français et sont de très bon conseil Un séjour au top !

La decoracion y la amabilidad del personal, lamentablemente no pudimos quedarnos a dormir, esperamos poder regresar en un futuro

Bel emplacement avec vue sur le lac. Personnel accueillant.

La chambre n'est pas a la hauteur du lieu : petite, peu confortable, avec le lit contre le mur, ce qui est inconfortable pour dormir a 2. Moisissures dans la salle de bain et fuite dans la douche.

We had a great room, separated from the main building, with a small fireplace inside that we could use, and with a hige window through which we could see the lake. The food in the restaurant was great, it was also very cozy and the staff was very kind and nice. Unfortunately we stayed for only one night, but loved it.

The breakfast is quite poor - there is bread and ham on a buffet, a bit of butter, jam and a small fruit salad per person. They also make eggs for you, as you prefer them. It would be great if the breakfast is a bit more various and rich. The coffee was also a basic americano, whereas there is a good coffee machine in the restaurant, but perhaps the coffee from there is not included.
