部屋から熱海城や相模湾を見下ろす景観である。 部屋が広く、大人3人でもゆったりと過ごせる。 部屋の中ではWi-Fiが使用できるほか、たくさんの充電機器が用意されている。

ホテルではなかったため、スタッフのサービスは行き届いいていなかった。 他施設と比べ、朝食時間が9:00以降と遅い上、質素で連日同じメニューであった。 朝食が遅いのにチェックアウト時間は他施設同様10:00であるため、やや慌しかった。 施設自体が古めかしく、常設の間仕切りやシャワールームが使えなかった。 同様に、売りのはずのバスも経年劣化から傷みや汚れが目についた。 エントランスへのアプローチから部屋への移動は階段ばかりで、足の悪い家族には酷だった。 使いやすいように充電機器を配置したが、ルーム清掃時に片付けられてしまった。 ルーム清掃後にバスマットが無くなっていたが、18:00以降は誰もいないため、補充のお願いができなかった。

スタッフさんのおもてなしが凄く良かった☺︎

Extremely big and comfortable room. With full amenities and more (massage chair included). Service was excellent. Even though breakfast wasn’t the usual hotel buffet style, it was prepared with care and was sufficient. View was superb too since hotel is elevated.
