Parkhotel Mannheim

We’ve stayed here before & loved it again. Comfortable beds, a large room & lovely view of the Christmas markets from our room. Only a short walk from the train station & shopping area.

I loved the history of this hotel. The breakfast was amazing! The staff was wonderful.

This place is beyond outdated and old. Their computer system and check in process was beyond inconvenient for me! I booked and paid through Expedia and they claimed that I didn’t when I was getting ready to check out. They were trying to charge my credit again for an outrageous amount of money. When I showed them my phone/ proof of booking online they claimed it wasn’t showing on their computer system. Their computer system is outdated and their customer service is nonexistent! Go to a more modern and updated hotel. They also have zero amenities and their rooms are covered in dust and grime! Disgusting!

Great location next to the Wasserturm.

Excellent location (right across from the “Wasserturm”.) Hotel is ideal for the traveler who prefers the old, traditional architecture and touches. By and large very well preserved. Staff is not very friendly.
