"Very Good"

If you miss an outdated cabin in the woods, this place is for you. Nice quiet location, deers.

The room was dirty, especially the floor. Refrigerator in bathroom.

"Tranquility at its best"

Super quiet. Very clean inside cabin. Rustic away from all the chaos of the towns.

Outside can definitely use a little up keep. Clean up old decorations, some paint here n there. Touch up.

The stay was excellent and perfect. The owner is very good and communicates very well. The place was very clean and in excellent condition. Checkin and checkout was easy. Loved the ambiance of the place. Highly recommended.

Dirty sheets, dirty floors, clogged kitchen sink. Everything was very outdated. One room was hardly fitting 2 beds leaving no space to get to the beds ..

Facilite d’accès. Dans la forêt.

Manque de propreté des serviettes de toilettes. Vaisselle sale et usée. Tout doit être rénové. Mais gros potentiel de cet établissement.

"Réfection à prévoir"

La gentillesse du personnel et sa réactivité. La localisation près des chutes Flume où nos deux ados ont aimé sauter dans les trous d'eau. L'impression de se retrouver dans les années 1980 pour les JO du lac Placid.

Notre chalet n'était pas propre. Il aurait vraiment besoin d'une réfection complète ( peinture abîmée, toiles d'araignée, draps froissés, couette tâchée, saleté sous les lits, terrasse sale, poussière... ). Mais les propriétaires sont nouveaux et vont sûrement entamer des travaux. Les autres commentaires sur Booking mentionnent la propreté, les autres chalets sont sans doute plus entretenus. La gentillesse du personnel compense : deux jeunes gens sont venus nous changer les serviettes et nous ont proposé de nettoyer plus.

"Good"

When we came it was over 80 degrees in the room at 10pm. We didn't dream to check if it had air conditioning. I called the manager and he said there was usually a fan but that none were available. The room stifling. We left 10 minutes later. We have booked through Expedia many times and have never had this experience before. This was not acceptable.
