"It was reasonable at £175 for 3 nights but I wouldn’t use it again"

Reasonable location

The entrance/stairs to the rooms was awful and off putting, dirty and paint peeling off the walls. The room was reasonably clean, but had a fabric head board on the bed which was stained on one side. The kettle was dirty and dusty, there were used milk and coffee sachets in with other sachets , and only 1 coffee and 1 milk available.

Excellent hospitality from Lee. Made to feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Room was comfortable and clean.

"A lovely central location, easy to find, and great character."

Room was lovely, very clean with everything you need, small but perfectly adequate for short stays, the owner couldn't be more helpful and was always there if you had any questions.

Obviously you're above a pub, so there is some background noise, but nothing that bothered us.
