The hotel its self was very nice and grand but the beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in. The food was okay, but the service in the hotel was very good.

If you’re going to walk there please be careful As you walk on main road and through mud but overall it’s so quiet staff are nice One staff member upgraded me for free after I’ve walked and waited till 3pm for check in. I would recommend if you want some where nice

We stayed overnight on our way to the airport so we didn't really spend much time. The settings and location was amazing and the building architecture looked great - I can only imagine at day light it would have been quite the setting. The room was perfect and comfortable for a family of four and the bathroom/shower was immaculate and modern.

good all round value, queen sized bed for my single person room and adequate space. water in room nice and hot despite low season patronage. Could there be a bath mat as well for the next time ?

Pros The location is quite , the facility was nice and cozy, The room was clean, Cons No usb chargers in my room. No Wi-Fi you have to buy it for $9/night. It is far from the city , No shops or restaurants around it . If you drive it is no problem.

Road leading to hotel said it was shut, which it wasn't. That's after following the diversion sign and doing another 4 miles unnecessarily. Lane leading up to the hotel at night was very difficult to see the hotel entrance as no lights on at the entrance and no light over the name sign of hotel to give you an indication that you have arrived.

"Not bad"

It was ok with a comfy bed clean sheets and a referbed bathroom. The walls of the room could be better and a couple of pictures up would have been good.

"Russ Hill Hotel Near Gatwick Airport "

The stay was good considering we missed our flight and this was the cheapest hotel we could find near Gatwick airport. My only problem was that they could have checked the room for cobwebs as there was one near the bed with a spider in it.

I had some resivations when I found out it was a Britannia hotel but no complaints I had dinner and Breakfast which was good and so was the price the wet room was great for me being disabled and the bar was well stocked I will be coming back in March rather than staying in the airport out and inward parking my car
