Everything was great, except one thing!

There is NO view to the sea at all! You are on the most famous island and you must have a 5star hotel with the view! I don’t know why this hotel is so famous, but other 5 start hotels at Anacapri have breathtaking views from where pool is located.

"Very noisy rooms. Will not recommend to anyone and won’t comeback again at all"

I liked the location and breakfast

Rooms are very noisy Couldn’t sleep at all We can hear all rooms around us. Facing our room 7 kids was in the same suite shouting and laughing all night ( this is a 5 stars hotel not nursery ) The staff is trying to be sweet but they don’t have any experience and they are too slow. For sure I will not recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Great location in the middle of Anacapri. Nice rooms and very good breakfast.

The staff is not professional. They are sweet and trying to do the best but they need a good training to be up to jumeirah hotel world wild standard

Location and the staff

The responses on my messages. I asked about the transfer from the port of arrival but the hotel provided me a phone number to contact the concierge, concierge’s phone didn’t work. We have been waiting without communication for the transfer about 30 min.
