Le linge de toilette abîmé, le fauteuil sur le balcon inutilisable car abîmé, la douche uniquement de tête et le manque de rideau de douche

"Good place to stay in Procida, great restaurant."

Breakfast staff and restaurant was excellent. Room spacious.

Reception staff not really that helpful. Pre arranged a taxi service for pickup and was forgotten. Prearranged a departure transfer to ferry station and was very late.
