The staff absolutely make this hotel outstanding, they are exceptionally polite, engaging and attentive. The concierge is very responsive and the little presents in the room on our arrival were most welcomed, especially that hat!!

Excellent location , the service is above and beyond from the lobby staff to the valet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They tailored everything to my needs and expectations.

A magical place. We had the Carl Suite with a patio and plunge pool overlooking Gustavia Harbor. The staff could not be more friendly and accommodating! Complimentary Clicquot upon our arrival with fresh fruit and sweets. Amazing restaurant with the best pepper steak I have had in a long time. Considering the other restaurants on the island, we found the restaurant extremely reasonable. Complimentary lounge chairs at Shell Beach. I can’t think of anything that was overlooked, and this is our 9th time on the island. We have stayed pretty much everywhere and rented a number of villas and hotels. This is first class and five stars!
