The room at the property met expectations.

I booked a room at Blu Monkey for a friend as a gift. They accepted my booking but when my friend arrived they made him pay again because he obviously didn't have my credit card. So they secured the money for the room twice. A refund on the initial payment has been promised but never received.

Everything! The cleanliness is sensational, I've never seen anything like this on my holidays in Asia, super well decorated. I really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again. The location is another positive point.
