"Pleasant"

Room was spacious

The room allotted to me first had foul smell. Staff was courteous enough to provide me another room which was better. However no house keeping happened in room for days I stayed there. Reminded the cleaning staff twice but it didn't happen

"Hotel receptionist needs retrained!"

So, at checkin I was charged again for the room after paying hotels.com because the receptionist erased the card number on file provided by you all. After spending 2 hours on the phone and at the front desk, this finally got taken care of.

The young girl at the reception desk clearly didn't want to be there. Not cordial at all. The evening lady was great. Breakfast should start at 6:30 to 9:30!!!

It was very clean. Room was very spacious. Breakfast area was kept well stocked.

Wasn't crazy about the coffee machine. Takes a while to brew especially on taller cups. Also maybe adding orange juice would be a good idea.

Everything was good.

Room did not get refreshed , we stayed multiple nights. The breakfast patio door key did not work for anyone.
