"Excellent"

Got a free room upgrade. Attention to detail really excellent. Food quality top notch - great coffee too. Staff are excellent, and very well trained. Art in rooms beautiful. Recycling policy has the happy upside of beautifully designed toiletries. Steam room is excellent, as is the relaxation rooms in the spa, and when sauna is hot it's very good.

Lobby felt like an airport with the number of people milling about for Christmas photos. Spa opens late (I would prefer an early morning sauna - 10am too late for me) and sauna is not heated up fully by the time it's open. Gym needs a serious upgrade.
