Location excellent, staff prompt and very helpful

Room service whilst could have better food. The dining options are ok (the Chinese restaurant I was expecting much better, the main bar area on receptions food was also a little disappointing (not bad at all but not great and it should be). Also the whole place seemed empty as did the restaurants. Overall though this is where I will stay next visit to Beijing
