North Stafford Hotel Town Centre

Reception staff not very helpful. The entire hotel is tired and needs a good improvement and brought up to date. I asked to book a table for dinner when I was checking in and was told there was no need, only to be told later in the evening that food was not being served.

When we entered the room, whole room smelled like cleaning liquid and we have to open window all night. Hotel didn’t provide any shampoos as well. A bit disappointing.

Although clean, facilities poor and very dated. Wedding music loud under room but did stop at 12.30am as told.

Very thin walls was kept up most of the night with the noise from next door but staff were very nice and helpful room was ok

You get what you pay for. Very overdue a refurb, very old decor. But surprisingly clean, good shower and comfy bed. Only stayed 1 night so it's all we needed. Chose for location more than anything and suited us fine.

No view just a wall outside the window and very creeky floors but the place is ok.

Toilet was not clean at all but when I complained, they changed my room to a better room. The property is not clean.. Elevator, room and toilet are not clean. The good part is friendly staff.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking.

Staff are awsome and verry helpfull room was nice good sleep nice hit shower good food and lots of options for delivery foods for when the restaurant is closed, as well as less than 5 minute walk from corner shops and gas station that is open 24/7

This is very possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It was run-down, noisy (music from a wedding disco downstairs was loud in the rooms above), dated and, worst of all, dirty. You can forgive a lot of sins if a hotel is clean, but this definitely wasn’t. Dirty carpets, dubious stains on walls, doors that look like they had been shouldered in, threadbare carpets on stairs, curtains covered in cigarette burns - the list goes on. Horrendous that Britannia Hotels can market this in its current state - it needs to be shut down and overhauled. Grim grim grim.
