"More of a party hotel"

We had a lovely room (upgraded to Deluxe Double Room)

Room was directly above a function room that had a wedding disco party playing overly loud music. I'm no party pooper but this was unbearable.

"Not one of our best stays at this hotel1"

Love the location and room was fresh a d clean.

Very disappointed that lifts were out of order as we were on fourth floor ,also some walkways that we were advised to use had signs on doors , Meeting in progress so we could not walk through . On our last night we came back to hotel around 7pm as we planned on sitting in the garden and having a few drinks and bar food , this didn't happen because firstly the hotel entrance was crowded with young people attending prom ,we went to the garden entrance side of hotel again full of people attending prom , three events in total and also part of the bar was closed off . We were not happy abut this felt no consideration was shown to residents , we had two choice left either sit in hotel bedroom in extreme heat or leave hotel and go elsewhere , we chose the latter. I know it's not the hotel staff that were at fault they are all friendly polite and helpful so it's down to management ,Sorry but that's way it was .

Beautiful hotel. Attentive friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Lovely restaurant. Queenie the resident cat!

Garden/outdoor seating area needed cleaning more often as empty glasses left on sticky tables and full ashtrays.
