"Nice facilities but be prepared to be charged for every thing outside of your room"

The location and facilities were nice

Likely my expectation of how resorts are in the USA but outside of the actual rooms, every facility usage was additional separate charges with nothing really connected to the "resort rooms" as in charging to the rooms concept. Also, the services inside the room for food delivery only works if youre a Korean resident so that was very inconvenient for foreigners. They also charge for extra pillows and have a 1-1pillow ratio.

There are only two bottles of water in the fridge, and once you've made your coffee, there's only one bottle left 😔😔😔😔 Knowing that tap water is not drinkable

The property was beautiful and the staff was very welcoming.

The buffet layout could be improved. The food was delicious but at breakfast there was a long line to where the eggs, hash browns, and meats were located.

체크인시간보다 미리가야 좋은방 (선착순배정) 3시 체크인이었고 5시반 도착했는데 1층 산책로 앞방을 배정해줌. 1박에 40만원가량 지불했는데 방도 너무너무 좁고 창밖이 산책로라 프라이버시도 없음
