I liked the staff and meals moreso breakfast

Hot Shower was on and off, we had to seek assistance everytime

The view from our room was nice.

The breakfast was very limited and not well prepared.

Property had a good vibe nice location nice rooms

Power kept going off, which meant no water and no Wi-Fi Needs to invest dolor back up power Too many cats Staff need customer care training Pool side beds were dilapidated, need new covers Pool side towels are old!

Perfect location, perfect views.

Pool and sunbeds were a bit tired.

Nothing, literally liked nothing about Bella Vista Resort

We had to deal with the food poisoning situation after first dinner and mean this while there was a blackout for 14 hours. The property doesn’t have generator so you just have to survive for hours during the layovers. It was more like a survival rather than a vacation for us.

Leila was excellent in her management and organzing trips.

Upon arrival (pre-indicated our eta) we arrived at a locked/closed door and no-one to greet us, our taxi driver had to call the hotel in order to wake staff. Our bed fell apart on the first night. Wifi as indicated in advert - does not exist in rooms, only at or near the restaurant. Power was very intermittent in the room - they have issues with the electrical wiring within the resort. Water at times was not available in the shower (dribbled) from the shower head. Par for these issues the staff are very friendly and helpful.
