amazing large room with river view. location top if you want to take a walk after a long working day. excellent restaurants but they close early

Facilities -- I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. Selection of teas was quite disappointing too The bathtub and shower look very nice but don't really operate that well. Bath area rather dangerous. Need more grab bars

I ordered breakfast on two mornings. Food was cold when it arrived. Bread was cold. Coffee, which was expensive, was really not up to scratch. Bar on 2 floor was very pleasant but food in the Chinese dimsum restaurant on 3rd floor was forgettable.

Very comfortable room and great service. Excellent location with many restaurants nearby. Ferry service to the Canton Fair a lovely way to start the day.

Great location

It seems to be pot luck if you get a decent room or not. The last room was cramped, shower over the bath, that was so low you could not shower standing up. The bathroom was in a poor state of disrepair. Yet the price was the same as my colleagues room that was far superior.
