"A real paradise in GuangZhou"

Tug away from the bustling town in Guangzhou, this hotel in Shiaman island provides another side of Guangzhou - quiet, historical and surrounded by the colonial architecture , marvelous experience and the staff service is unbelievable superb, credit to Mr Liang Hao Wen, 梁浩文， very efficient and professional, could not believe a local hotel staff is so much better than those international 5 stars and 6 stars branded hotel

Nothing, perhaps there are many nice shops in the hotel which make the pockets empty fast

"It was a most enjoyable stay at the White Swan Hotel and be part of historic memories of Guangzhou."

I stayed in the hotel 20 years ago and now , after major renovations in 2013, the property is beautiful , just as nice if not better. Hotel staffs are well mannered and always eager to help.

Service at the dim sum restaurant could be improved. Staff are not well trained and took them a long time to deliver food.
