Really beautifully decorated with all the right amenities. Location is perfect. The management company are fantastic too. They called to make sure I had everything and were very responsive via email.

The noise from upstairs, and neighbours. You can hear everything - perhaps because it’s an older building it’s not sound proofed. The people above us sounded like they were bowling or moving furniture (no clue). That’s my only fault with the property and probably one of the more important things for someone with young children! Otherwise it was lovely’s

The apartment is well furnished. So much light for a small apartment! Accessible to.the bus station

Could furnish more pillow One each is not enough. To the Old town is not that near. Its considered the end of the center area.

Ok to do this - a bit of planning to make sure we were in the right area for the keys to then go on to the apartment. The company were great in letting us go in earlier than check in so it meant we were not hanging around. The apartment itself is stunning and in a super handy location.

Upstairs above the main bedroom the neighbours were very noisy for two nights! Having a party! OK on one night but it happened for two nights which meant two lack of sleep nights. That is not the rentals fault - just one of those things!

Great apartment - spacious, roomy, clean, lots of cafes nearby for breakfast/coffee, grocery store for essentials Great location - 10-minute walking distance to Old Town, quiet neighborhood, great area to walk and explore. They accomodated an early check-in. We drove from Bilbao and parked at a garage close by.

The check-in process was a bit painful - the codes to the main door didn't work and took a few phone calls to figure that out. Once we got inside the apartment, the keys for the front door didn't work, so someone from Moraza had to come and fix those. The kitchenette was handy, but came with absolutely zero essentials other than two tabs for the dishwasher. We had to buy laundry detergent (had to get a big bottle because the closest Carrefour didn't have small bottles), and milk, salt, pepper, sugar. Small touches like having essentials for the kitchen would have been much appreciated. The standing fan for one of the rooms was completely useless and didn't help with cooling at all.

Beautiful apartment in a very nice neighbourhood. Very central location. High standard furnishings and quality utilities. We loved our stay and definitely will return. Highly recommend.

Expect to go to a supermarket and stock up on basics . We arrived on a Sunday very little open . So at the very least coffee pods should be provided 🤷‍♀️
