Very helpful concierge staff. Very spacious apartment and extremely well equipped Very nicely decorated and furnished Lots of space for us and our two teenage daughters.

It took a while to work out how to use the app to open the main door. It was then unclear which apartment we were in - no instructions. We had to call the concierge who helped us gain access however once we were in, access was fine after this. The noise from the street was VERY loud. Bins are emptied from around 11pm - 2am every night. You can hear everything from the street below so bring ear plugs!

Excellent location, clean and spacious

From the first call at the managing company's office to collect our parking tickets to the end of our stay our experience was exceptional. We were two couples visiting the exciting city of San Sebastian for three nights. The location of this apartment was very convenient for a short pleasant walk into the city. The stylish windows looked out to the road though the view was almost like a garden since we saw the tops of flowering magnolia trees which line the road. Inside the apartment the decorations were fabulous and the layout and fittings were top class. A completely equipped kitchen was the best we have ever seen in a hired apartment - plenty of kitchen items, many unexpected such as a slicer for green beans. The two bedroom two bathroom design was excellent for two couples and would also suit families with grown children. Also note the excellent cleanliness...a credit to the cleaning staff. All in all a highly recommended stay.!

Beautifully finished, contemporary apartment in a period building.

I had assumed there was air con but there is not. Just two fans. Perhaps the most disappointing (&insurmountable) issue was the noise from the street - vehicles doing early morning deliveries and people on their way home from pub at all hours.

Lovely roomy apartment with tremendous facilities and recently refurbished to the highest order. The location was perfect - a pleasant amble away from the old town with bars and supermarkets just around the corner. The people at FeelFree were helpful and attentive, organising parking and even phoning the day after arrival to ensure everything was OK with the apartment.

Directions were excellent but once at the apartment building, it wasn't obvious which apartment it was. We phoned FeelFree and they pointed us in the right direction. Had my understanding of the address been better and I'd searched around a bit it was much more obvious than it initially appeared (the doormat is FeelFree branded!)
