nice clean

they charged me a smoking fee and i didn't smoke in the room. i wanted information from them because i left the room earlier than my check out. i feel the staff went in the room after i left. there were 4 house keepers out side of my room all day Saturday and they saw when i left with all my stuff. i called the hotel and noticed when the answered they phone they knew who i was. dm never called me back left 5 messages. im trying to prove my case because 250 is alot to pay for something i didn't do. they could at least answer the phone. staff, Jessica started being very rude to me. will never stay again.
