"Dirty and miserable"

The location was perfect. At first glance the room appeared clean.

They messed up and canceled my reservation. Upon arrival I was exhausted and had to deal with them fixing it. Then upon staying in the room found the previous occupants dirty sock. Trash from McDonald’s as well as a lot of food crumbs. They’d fix my bed but wouldn’t touch my son’s. Wouldn’t restock coffee station. Will not stay again. Loud and noisy. Couldn’t sleep.

Everything about our stay was good. Christen at front desk was great and helped switch our room type. Beds and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was big and the breakfast options were great. Was a perfect one night stop on our road trip. Subway is right across street so was perfect to pick up sandwiches for our drive to Sequoia National Park.

"Convenient stay and highly recommended if traveling with a dog!"

Nice staff and easy check-in. Location was great for a one night stop with Trader Joe’s and restaurants across the street. Also a great dog park a very short walk away so that was a massive bonus while traveling with our dog.

"Kim! The staff were extremely nice!"

First. Easy parking and access to the building from all sides. Very convenient. The swimming pool and gym were great! But most of all, the friendliness of the staff was the one thing that I noticed right away, especially Kim. She was so friendly but also very efficient. She was very accommodating! She even laughed at my jokes. Definitely will stay here again.
