Very well placed for all amenities. Very quiet, very good value for money. Everything you could want in a studio apartment.

Found the beds a little hard, but that is personal choice. Also, a hairdryer that is portable rather than the one fixed in the bathroom. The shower curtain was not waterproof.

The location, close to all restaurants and shops in Skala was really good, even though it can be hard to find a parking space nearby.

The beds were not very comfortable and we would have preferred covers instead of thin blankets.

This property was airy , spacious and very clean

Fantastic location, well equipped, stunning views from the balcony which was a great size!

Absolutely nothing!

We had breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony every day. There was a shade on the balcony. The restaurants, bars, mini market, beech and shops were 2 minutes away or closer. Great value for money

Bathroom could be updated or at least mastik renewed and tile grout whitened. This was not enough to put us off this property

We liked the balcony, free water/wine was a nice touch, and it was quiet. The owner was very responsive and had good communication.

The shower for some reason flooded the floor everytime we took one, the owner came to investigate but found nothing. Also 3 flights of stairs with luggage wasn't too much but if you're older or need an elevator you might need a different accommodation.

Had a wonderful stay at the Syriti studios in early July 2024. Lovely room with balcony overlooking the sea, close to all amenities, it was self catering so we could prepare breakfast and make hot drinks. The room was clean and a maid came in to clean room every day. The room however was on the top floor and there was a lot of stairs to climb but this didn’t bother us. We did not see the owner Nicos, we found out they did run the restaurant in the village so we did go down to the restaurant to thank him for our stay, Nicos wasn’t there, so we passed on our thanks to his father. Would definitely stay again at Syriti, and hopefully next year.

Loved everything about this property, if there was one thing I would say about it was climbing stairs after a hot day on the beach, but it didn’t bother us, but may be it would if you have walking difficulties. But if we came again would want the same room.

Great property and so close to the restaurants/bars and beach! Perfect location and so quiet too. Apartment has all the basics you need with a lovely cleaner coming in to change the beds and give everything a general tidy up and clean. Incredibly good value for money! We had a late flight back on the last day and the owners let us use the bottom room to store our bags for the day, which let us truly enjoy our final day.
