Good communication with the host and easy checkin with keys simply left in door. Good location close to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Clean room with regular cleaning visits. Bathroom with plenty of hot water. AC is a nice bonus! Bottle of wine and some water gifted on arrival which was very nice.

The mattress and pillows were super uncomfortable, we slept really badly. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped to cook at home, no oven/hob or microwave.

The studio was in a perfect location in Skala. The main street is one minute away from the appartment, the main beach of Skala 5 minutes. The owner of the place was very accommodating. He let us arrived at midnight on the first day and he was there to welcome us.

We don’t have anything bad to say. What was announced was respected.

Location is good, very close to the main street and beach. The check in process is contactless and smooth, also there is a complementary bottle of wine.

The room is way too small for two people, you're basically sleeping in the kitchen, bathroom is also incredibly small and the drain in the bath doesn't work well. There is a balcony but to reasonably use it you will have to turn off the Aircon in your bed/kitchen in the heat of 40 degree, otherwise you'll be blasted with hot air from the Aircon fan on the balcony. Mattress is the most basic spring type, after three nights I have pains. Having said that, all the above are maybe just the facts of the smallest studio on the property. However what really is horrible is although the room looked clean from first sight, I got bitten by mosquito multiple times straight after entering the room. And on the second day there was a huge cockroach under the sink! Given that I sleep in the kitchen it means the cockroach is within 1 metre of my body. It took me my entire life's courage to kill the cockroach (there's no spray or anything), and after that I just want to leave the place ASAP. Therefore I cannot recommend this place to anyone unfortunately based on my experience.

Balcony

The aircon wasn’t that great and very noisy to sleep with it on.

Central location near to beach/restaurant’s etc, lovely view, clean and well maintained, we will be back for sure
