"Unpleasant. Can’t be bothered taking photos; wasted enough time!"

Man at check in was helpful and pleasant. Restaurant too.

Everything! Poor value, health club, hot tub broken, most of front desk staff were unpleasant, dated room, separation between ceiling and walls suggest bugs at night might enter, carpet worn/ torn going into bathroom. Wallpaper near front door appears to be peeling.

Good location (provided you have a car)

Overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Servicing the rooms did not happen without complaining. Sheets/Towels not changed, wallpaper hanging off in the bathroom, towel rails hanging off, Shower Gel dispenser empty & never replenished despite complaint, conditioner dispenser fallen off and never fixed, coffee often not replenished, etc. etc. etc. Maintenance/service in this hotel is a complete breakdown while price is on 4-star level!
