Residence Inn Providence Downtown

Room key only takes you to the floor your room is on. And no rooms with two beds, only king with sofa bed,

The room was very comfortable and clean. Most of the staff was pleasant

The night desk girl was not helpful at all to small needs like a ice bucket she refused and said there wasn’t any but wouldn’t help us find a solution and also I asked for extra towels and she said they where coming up 3 times and they never came I finally had to go down and pick them up myself when she was just sitting and chit chatting with another employee who was sitting in a side room and no one wanted to help us get a couple basic items that really put a damper in my experience as I would of came down and picked them up to start if she had just said it instead for waiting 1 and a half hours and 2 calls down to the front desk to finally get tired of waiting she could of saved us both some time if she would of been honest from the start and just asked me to come down and grab them

Spacious room with a nice layout, comfy bed, big bathroom

Shower did not work.

The room was exceptional, well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a greater variety of choices of any I have stayed in, including Europe. The location is directly across the street from the Providence RI Convention Center, and could not have been more convenient. Uber knew just where to come. Everything just clicked.
