Staff at front desk were helpful

Better lost or left item communication. Still waiting for a response. Taking way too long to hear back.

Location is walkable to the convention center.

Teeny tiny rooms with little to no amenities. No microwave in the rooms, cold breakfast, no dresser or anywhere to unpack, only one nightstand, no body soap in the whole hotel, majority of the staff was kind of rude, they gave me bath mats when I asked for towels, and the key cards don’t work to use the elevator.

The elevator did not work for 10 mins. I pushed emergency bell . It did not work.

Notre chambre n avait pas de bouilloire et une lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas : du coup la personne de l accueil a été très compréhensive et nous avons été surclassé. Hilton confirme sa réputation. Bravo. L hotel est à 2 pas de la 16th : on peut vraiment profiter du centre ville en sécurité.

Les parkings publics sont très cher ( 68 $) mais celui de l hotel est sécurisé et d un prix acceptable ( 45 $ ). C était important pour notre moto.
