Lo peor es que el hotel se ha negado a enviarme una factura (la necesito para que mi empresa me reembolse el pago que realicé de mi bolsillo). El hotel me remitió a Booking y Booking al hotel hasta el infinito. Estoy decepcionada con Booking que no ha sabido resolverlo y sólo me contesta "el hotel no responde". Al teléfono me indican "llamaremos en 48 horas", pero no. El hotel es nuevo, pero muchas cosas están rotas: la persiana de la ventana, el dispensador de crema y algunas perchas. No hay armarios ni cajones; no hay una cafetera ni una nevera. En la recepción, sólo atendieron la mitad de mis peticiones al respecto.

I have a good breakfast but more than two days it's monotonous

In the middle of my four-day stay, someone at the desk decided that we no longer had access to our two rooms, the solution took too long, there was a factor of distrust despite showing our IDs and the credit card receipts to cover the $400 guarantee. Unacceptable

The rooms are clean, the staff are so kind and accommodating, and the atmosphere is peaceful. The lobby has a lounge area that is conducive for community gathering (playing games, watching sports games). They have a microwave in the lobby so your leftovers don’t go to waste. The lobby also has a lot of comfortable seating (for large grounds and for solo hanging activities) with MANY charging ports. I also saw they had a bar, and a convenient self-service market for snacks. Ooh also their continental breakfast had a lot of hot food options (in this economy!?! Very appreciated) I went to get breakfast at 9:30 am (they stop breakfast at 10) and saw they ran out of all the hot food. I thought they would just leave it since they only had 30 mins of breakfast service left, NOPE! They brought out fresh trays of bacon, scrambled eggs, and French toast sticks! 10 out of 10 would come back. Free WiFi also a plus. Only this is cleaning service is once a week so I ran out of hand wash. But they replaced it when i asked!

I book this hotel for one night for a transit stay.but one night became the most terrible experience. The staff were irresponsible I checked out on May 8 8:30am and kept my luggage on the front desk. Several hours after checking out, I found my necklace left on the desk of bathroom, I called the hotel and waited for more than 5 minutes, one person just answered, she rejected to find my item, I told her that I will leave Denver this evening, but she said they won’t take any action only if I filled the form in that website. I arrived hotel around 6pm, and told the front desk about my left item, the staff said they didn’t find it and they couldn’t find the housekeeper at that time. The next day I received the email from that website told me the item was found on May 8,on the day I checked out, but I already left US, the only way is shipping the necklace to my address. I have paid the delivery fee but it almost one week, the hotel hasn’t shipped it. Other ridicules thing is this hotel charged me additional fee without any notification. I checked statement and found that transaction by myself. The hotel said this fee is for late check out that my check out time was 12:08pm. Indeed I checked out at 8:30 am in the morning then attended a tour to Rocky maintain. On 12:08 pm I already arrived the bear lake of the maintain! How can I check out 110 mlis away? So now I still haven’t get my necklace and still paid this additional “late check out fee”. It seems that the whole management of this hotel is all in mess! The staff are dishonest and unreliable

Well located hostel, super comfortable with lots of restaurants and shops around. Clean & comfortable rooms. I would recommend it for staying.

There was unfortunately a major issue with the payment process, so I would strongly recommend that international travellers use a credit card when staying here. The property charges a fairly high refundable deposit per night. Due to a miscommunication, I was checked out while I was away working, without being contacted beforehand. I was then informed that my 4-night stay had not been paid for, despite the earlier payment already being processed. As a result, I had to pay for the stay again while waiting for the original amount to be refunded. The refund eventually came through, but it took nearly three weeks, which was quite stressful and inconvenient while traveling.
