Only staying 1 night…. I could’ve stayed longer

Location was convenient to restaurants.

The room was too small. No closet or drawers. The floors in the room were sticky.

We were very disappointed in our stay at the Tru by Hilton in Denver. We only stayed for one night. Our first room on the 12th floor smelled like wet dog and had a broken wall unit. We asked for another room because the smell did not go away and it felt grimy. We were moved to the 21st floor and the air conditioning did not work. It was late and we were tired from the basketball game, so we just went to bed. This was a very challenging night without air conditioning and the windows didn’t open. We will not stay in a Tru Hilton ever again.

Belle vue du 17e étage, assez confort. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Café à volonté dans le hall.
