"Excellent place to stay and close to everything"

The staff were all really friendly and the rooms were super clean and comfortable. I booked the wrong room by accident and they changed it no problem. Nice to have tea and coffee in the lobby

The only thing is that the fan won't shut off in the bathroom. This is the second time that we have been there so it didn't didn't bug me as much as the first time because I knew going in 🙂

Customer servive was horrible. Check in was confusing, front desk folks (some of whom were very nice) added to confusiobn. We had a large group with reservations that were mismanaged.

Front desk could/should be organized and be able to keep large groups organized.

Clean and modern. The roof top chairs. Walk to town and can walk to CWU.
