Too big feel like a castle and it smells in the room the curtains didn't work. And the pool were extremely toxic with chlorine.

Staff went above and beyond

This hotel is in a great location and definitely has lots of potential to be a true, 5 star hotel, but there are a few flaws that make it miss that true 5 star score. The entire hotel is clean and definitely meets Hilton's strict nationwide definition of clean. The atmosphere goes above and beyond what was asked. I've stayed in many Hilton hotels that are considered "old." While this building is beginning to show it's age with flaws, the building's manufacturing roots are truly honored and can be noticed throughout the building, from old school fire doors to concrete pillars. The entire hotel was quiet and there was no issues whatsoever. The true problem of the building noticed all throughout, was the climate. The rooms can be found extremely hot and humid, while the heat can be corrected, the humidity cannot. This is not a characteristic I expected or have had from Hilton. While it does seem like an HVAC issue more than a Hilton issue, I wish this was addressed sooner. The entire hotel features nice amenities, from a nice pool area to bathrooms all around, which is always nice when staying with Hilton. All the employees were friendly and were super kind and caring. These employees went above and beyond what was asked of them, even engaging in a conversation about the Bears win over the Packers. The overall value was on point, while the building had many flaws (which can be corrected with a renovation), some of the qualities made up for it. I found the value to be very much worth it, especially around the holidays, the hotel was mostly empty.

The amenities were outstanding. The employees were so helpful and took care of all my needs immediately.

The hotel is adorable! Super neat with all the historical flair. Breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly that were in there! Check in was great and staff was good. It is also close to everything you need.

We went to the rooftop bar, which is very cool, but the service and the staff were TERRIBLE! Such a bummer to have a great space, but not give a good experience. If they can get that figured out I would give this a 5 star rating.

What a great Embassy Suites. I’m throughly impressed from the property, the architecture, location, lobby, all of it. On top of that staff was noticeably at a different level. Great hotel and property!
