Restaurant staff was great

When I arrived to my room, it wasn’t the one that I had reserved and was never notified till I walked into the room. I was told that all King bedrooms were sold out and that I had to do two queen beds. I had reserved my room a month prior. Apparently, if you pay upon arrival, your room is not secure.
