"Rude and dangerous "

The room was great that was not our problem. The staff at the front desk other than the one who checked us in, a bit early who a pure professional lovely lady, The next three were beyond rude. We asked the gents an about getting some more coffee and sugar for the room. He became rude and loud. Saying we don’t normally do that My wife asked about a coffee bar he said we took them out all of them. We finally got two coffees for our coffee maker then he didn’t want to give us any sugar. The lady after him was any better I would call him a grouch like we were bothering him. I never write reviews but being a former GM thought you should be notified. Also the shower in the handicap room was very dangerous. When I was done showering there was so much water on the floor I almost fell. The shower curtain is way too short and there is no slope to keep the water in the shower.
