Tru By Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton Place, Tn

Nothing but it has potential. I’ve stayed at the one near The Knoxville airport which was a really good first experience at the “tru”.

Nothing. If I had to say one thing tho is how convenient it is to get back onto the interstate and all the shops around but this place was dirty. The people in the room right next to me were singing songs all freaking night and had their music blasting. Theres no reason I should hear someone’s conversation the next room over. This hotel had to have been made out of card box bro no joke. The bathroom was disgusting. I literally fell asleep on top of the covers cause there was hairs on the sheets underneath. I curled into a ball and slept for 2 hours (1am-3:30am) and left. Find a better cleaning crew actually. The reviews gotta be fake cause I was expecting a clean and nice hotel based on those alone, very misleading. Plus you got half dressed men at the next hotel over getting drunk and listening to music at 10pm outside. I also have no photos but I do have a video where you can hear the guy next door to me

Close to highway

Shower safety design was poor

Convenient, close to freeway and many restaurants in the area.

Only complaint is the foam mattress makes me sleep too hot.

Nice clean…not always quiet.

The neighbors and the side and above was very noisy until 3 am

Waffle maker would be nice.

It was ok: plain vanilla yogurt in a dispenser with no fruit to mix in....why not? Orange juice was very good. All out of jams except Concord Grape....yet again, why? For the price that was paid for the room, I'd rate Tru, on a 1-10 scale with 10 being GREAT OVERALL I'd rate Tru a 3 out of 10 for LOTS OF REASONS!

Oops....look above for several DID NOT LIKE and add these: 1. I drove a Uhaul and parked in the very back as to not block anyone in or inconvenience others, trying to navigate around my truck. That being said: for WHATEVER VERY, VERY DUMB READON, the door to the back lot is LOCKED AFTER 9 PM! WHY?! If a customer has a key they should be able to get in and out of ANY DOOR ON THE PROPERTY! To top off the very inconvenient need to go to the OPPOSITE SIDE, HALF WAY TO THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING, IT WAS RAINING 🌧 AND THE 1ST SIDE I WENT ON HAD NO SIDE ENTRANCE AT ALL! BAD, BAD.... I WAS DRENCHED BY THE TIME I FINALLY FOUND THE ONLY SIDE DOOR I WAS PISSED!! 2. I was put on the 4th floor....ok... BUT I needed ice and there's ice ONLY ON THE 1ST FLOOR?! YET AGAIN, WHY??!! RIDICULOUS!! 3. No microwave in the room? I had to go down 4 floors, to the front of the building to microwave something to eat!! By the time I did this and got my ice on the 1st FLOOR ONKY, MY MEAL WAS COKD!!

The room was clean

Room felt cramped and the breakfast was a little on the light side it could have had a better selection.
