I liked the soft towels and bath products.

Sleepless night due to a loud air conditioner and fan and inconsiderate guests. Around 10 pm, there was a dog fight outside of my hotel room. From 10 pm to 3 am, I heard slamming doors. At 4:30 am, someone walked through the hall singing very loudly. From 5:00am to 830am, there was ice collection noise. Room 110. There was a urine smell around the toilet. The thermostat and TV had a bright light, which I covered with towels. The pillows and mattress were not comfortable.

Choices at breakfast were nice Room was clean, beds comfortable.

Assigned room had Broken phone, Speaker broken sound was "ON" permanent , should have been caught by house keeping. TV had NO signal, forced to relocate rooms because No Staff could fix either issue! Trash in Hallway near Elevator Always Full on 1st & 2nd floor. Parking lot lighting Broken "Strobe effect" near office. More Security cameras overseeing parking lot would be nice touch.

The room, the service, the breakfast, and the atmosphere at this hotel was very nice and friendly, and I loved the fact that our room had a smart tv instead of us having to hook up our own device so that we could stream movies, which is a pain at some locations. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do as well.

The bed was the only thing we disliked, as for us the bed was too firm/hard. We are a younger couple and stayed two nights, and both of us were sore in the morning from the stiff bed, but otherwise everything else was great!
