Check in was excellent and person was very friendly and full of local information. Daily housekeeping went out of there way to add value thru little things like towels folded to resemble animals, etc.

The room was spacious and seemed new or newly renovated. Very nice!

Slightly out of town, so we had to find parking in Bar Harbor rather than walk.

"The motel was very clean and staff were great. Our attendant folded towels into whale shapes- fun!"

The motel was modest, but very clean- cleanliness is very important to me. Staff were very kind and helpful. They even called after we checked out to let my wife know she forgot a piece of clothing.

Maybe better views of the ocean. There was little not to like.
