Simple bedroom with very comfy large bed and spotless bathroom.

Accommodation with history and location near the river. Nice and clean.

There was a slight delay with self check in.

The bed was comfy and supported a good nights sleep, the room was clean too.

No one there to meet us, no food or beverages available...was not made aware of this until after we arrived....

Everything we needed for a couple of nights away with the kids. Great location to get up onto Dartmoor, excellent breakfast, and worth booking dinner for more good food (and some nice musical entertainment). The rooms are above the pub, so bear in mind it can get a little noisy but with reasonable opening hours, it’s nothing that would keep you up too late (or early!).

The pub was closed so couldn't get a drink or food. Only told this once the refund stage had passed. The room was very clean, but did not have a television, desk or shower curtain.

Beautiful setting , lots of car park space

Pub not open mon-Fri so no facility for breakfast or meals , did not find this out until after we had booked and paid
