Home2 Suites By Hilton Phoenix Airport North, Az

We had a quick stay at this Home 2 Suites location due to our late arriving flight. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We loved the atmosphere and the staff that worked the breakfast buffet. Jamie is so very personable and accommodating. She was very kind to us and her colleagues that were there. It was very homelike. This hotel offered an excellent stay for the value !!

Warren and the staff did an amazing job for us! Checking in late and leaving very early and making sure every step was easy and comfortable! This was our second stay and we are so glad we returned!

The entire staff was accommodating from arrival to departure. Warren as extremely helpful and patient assisting us with shuttle pickup and checkin. Jaime was so kind, catering to our breakfast needs. Ensuring the quality of breakfast was up to par and replenished. And Sade was a doll. Allowing us a late checkout and luggage storage. It was nice of her to let us hang out by the pool until our ride arrived. Additionally, our room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The staff made the difference at this hotel. Everybody was so friendly and nice thoughtful and always said hi to everybody. My parents were very impressed with how friendly everybody was Sade at the front desk was lovely and so helpful and the breakfast was good. The apples at the front desk were a nice touch plus there’s kitchens in the room if you wanted to cook.

Staff at this hotel is amazing. I inadvertently left a small box containing a very sentimental item on the check in counter. When we realized it the next day the item was not longer there. Manager Jamie along with Sade's assistance took the time to review camera footage and successfully locate my item. I cannot thank them enough for this. I would also like to thank breakfast are Jaime. She has a wonderful personality and keeps the area well stocked and fresh. Everything about this stay was 5 stars.

Great clean and neat place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Warren made an extra effort to be courteous and polite.

Enjoyed our stay. From Matthew (shuttle driver) to Brendan ( front desk) and Jaime (breakfast). Definitely will return next time we visit Arizona.
